New York City Economic Development Corporation invites proposals for waterfront and upland general contractor services for maintenance, repair, and emergency services at various sites citywide. The work includes a range of repair, renovation, and construction projects, primarily at waterfront locations and potentially involving multiple trades. Respondents will be evaluated based on the quality of their proposal, experience of key staff and proposed subcontractors, demonstrated experience in similar services, and their proposed fee. All respondents are required to submit a Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Participation Proposal. Respondents should review the detailed submission guidelines and requirements and submit proposals electronically as a .zip file with the company name and project title. Participation in M/WBE programs and loan funds is encouraged, and all applicable laws regarding nondiscrimination apply.
