Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Requirement contract for installation of vinyl composition (V/C) floor tile in apartments at Soundview Houses, located in Bronx Neighborhood (BX02), Bronx. The contract term is three years from the award date with the option for up to two one-year renewals at NYCHA's discretion. Bidders must prequalify as approved suppliers on the NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List and be registered with the New York State Department of Labor. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply by the bid submission deadline. Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted; paper bids will not be considered. Bidders are advised to review all attached documents, including Special Notices and Conditions, Instructions to Bidders, and General Conditions, before submitting bids. The contract is subject to Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage requirements. No bid security is required.
