Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Requirement contract for installation of V/C floor tile in apartments at Monroe Houses located in Bronx Neighborhood (BX02). The contract term is three years from the award date, with an option for up to two one-year renewals at NYCHA's discretion. Only one requirement contract in this bid series will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible contractor, with a possible additional award at NYCHA's sole discretion. All solicitations are subject to the Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Schedule, and both the bidder and subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor according to Article 8, Section 220-i. Bidders must be pre-qualified as an 'Approved Supplier' via the NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List (PQL) and appear on the active vendor list. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans must be submitted via eComply by the bid submission deadline. Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted; paper bids will not be considered. Bidders should review all relevant documents, special notices, conditions, instructions to bidders, and general conditions before submitting their bids.
