Remodeling of a multi-residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
Requirement contract for installation of V/C floor tile in apartments at Justice Sonia Sotomayor Houses, 1471 Watson & Glebe Ave, Bronx Neighborhood (BX06). No bid security is required. The contract term is for three years from award date, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods at NYCHA's discretion. Only one requirement contract in the bid series will be awarded to the lowest responsible contractor, with NYCHA having the discretion to award up to one additional contract as needed. Bidders and all identified subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor as required by Article 8, Section 220-i. Bidders must also be prequalified as an "Approved Supplier" on the NYCHA-Tile Pre-Qualification List. Section 3 REO & OEO plans must be submitted via eComply by the bid submission deadline. Bidders must review all relevant documents, special notices, instructions, and general conditions before submitting their bids. Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted; paper bids will not be considered. Vendors are responsible for complying with the prevailing wage schedule and any applicable updates.
