This project will construct new (empty) power and communication ductbanks and construct a new retaining wall to expand an area within the Airport Operations Area (AOA). The power ductbank will cross S 188th St and end adjacent to the South Substation. The expanded area will include new (empty) power and communication ductbanks, generator pads, and other electrical equipment pads. The project will include both utility relocations and new utility work. The project will not include the installation of communications or electrical cables, nor will it include the installation of electrical equipment.
