The project generally consists of the repairs of stone voids and displaced stones throughout the structure, including rebuild of the masonry u-wings and spandrels after large tree removal, and the installation of a steel lining system of the Laurel Run Bridge. The Township will be providing the steel lining system through COSTARS. All bidders must submit bid security and adhere to all bid requirements as indicated within the Project Specifications. Bids shall be uploaded to PennBid. All Contracts exceeding $10,000.00 must comply with Executive Order 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity), Executive Order 11375, Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60), and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Compliance with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955 is also required. Contractors and their subcontractors must be pre-qualified by PennDOT for the type of project work specified.
