Renovation of an industrial development in Sanford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
Bids are requested for the construction of the Coke Building / Warehouse Fire Sprinkler System, involving the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project as detailed in the contract documents. Bidders must be appropriately licensed in the State of North Carolina as required by General Statutes Chapter 87 and must be able to demonstrate experience with projects of similar size and nature. Bidders are required to comply with all local, state, and federal contract provisions specified in the contract documents. Two complete bid packages must be submitted; if only one is submitted, the bid will be rejected. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to waive formalities and technicalities. The bid must remain subject to acceptance and not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days following the bid opening. Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are specifically encouraged to submit bids.
