The Town of Faro is requesting quotes for the demolition and complete site clean-up for the properties identified below: _ 20 Lapie Crescent _ 27 Lapie Crescent _ 29 Lapie Crescent Properties must be completely vacant, including all brush/trees, and leveled upon completion of work. If backfill material is required to level the properties, it will be provided by the proponent. The Town of Faro is required to oversee the contractor's work related to water / sewer disconnections. The Town of Faro will be responsible for Waste Disposal Tipping Fees at its site for this work. Submissions must include the following: 1. A statement identifying that the contractor will ensure the project will be completed in accordance with the Request for Quote and the Workers' Safety and Compensation Act. 2. Total Cost for completion of the work; GST clearly identified. 3. Timeline for completion of the work. Please identify your proposed requirements for use of the Faro Solid Waste Disposal Facility (i.e. day / hours of operation that would be required). The following documents will be required prior to the Town accepting a proposed quote: 1. Certificate of Insurance 2. Proof of WSCB Coverage The lowest or any quote not necessarily accepted. The Town of Faro reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive, irregularities and informalities therein, and to award any contract in the best interests of the municipality in its sole unfettered discretion.
