The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Insurance; Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100% of the contract price; and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price, with a corporate surety licensed to conduct business in Pennsylvania and approved by the Township, in accordance with bid specifications.
