Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bethel, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and municipal facility.
The Town of Bethel seeks a licensed elevator contractor to modernize up to three hydraulic elevators with three machine room-less (MRL) traction elevators. The primary contractor, who must be a licensed elevator contractor, will be responsible for the entire scope of the work required by the project documents for a complete turnkey installation and fully functional systems. Prospective bidders must examine the 'Instructions to Bidders' and strictly comply and conform with the conditions and instructions contained within. Question Deadline 07/06/2026 Requests for information must be made in writing. Responses will be provided to potential bidders who register in the form of an Addendum or written clarification. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to register with the Town Purchasing Agent, Krista DeOliveira at DeOliveiraK@bethel-ct.gov.
