Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Haven, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Provide all construction-related services required to complete a Boiler Plant Replacement Construction Project at an existing medical campus, including labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with final contract drawings and specifications prepared by an Architect-Engineer firm. Work consists of constructing a new boiler building (Building #18) immediately west of the existing boiler plant (Building #19), along with internal renovations to the existing facility. The project requires significant site preparation and grading to align finished floor elevations, including removal of 6-8 feet of grade, potential ledge removal, and relocation or replacement of impacted utilities. Additional site work includes demolition of an existing structure (Building #22A) and generator, reconstruction of that function as a new supporting building (Building #18A), rerouting pedestrian pathways, modifying vehicle access, and providing new grade-level vehicular access. Construction will also involve utility infrastructure upgrades and careful sequencing to maintain operational continuity, as the project follows a separate chiller plant installation and includes critical phasing considerations.
