Iowa DPD seeks professional services to remove a specified number of old units and relocate them to the customer's location on site. The work includes removal of existing control devices, provision and installation of Amana PTC153J35AXXX PTAC units with electric heat, installation of new units in old sleeves, and the provision, installation, and programming of PECO T85320cc-1 thermostats, along with the addition of wire mold conduit and new conventional thermostat wiring. The contractor must perform, document, and provide a copy of start-up on all units, as well as provide a 1-year labor and parts warranty. All work is to be conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The solicitation is divided into 4 service lines, treated as separate projects, with awards made on a line-by-line basis, either to a single vendor or multiple vendors, based on lowest bid per line. Bids must be submitted via IMPACS; there will be no public bid opening.
