The project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Mobilization, 4 EACH Lining Sewer Pipe Lateral, 1 EACH 8" Sanitary Sewer Liner Spot Repair, 4 EACH 9" Sanitary Sewer Liner Spot Repair, 1 EACH 12" Sanitary Sewer Liner Spot Repair, 1 EACH 15" Sanitary Sewer Liner Spot Repair, 80 L F Televise Sanitary Sewer Service, 2,240 L F Televise Sanitary Sewer, 782 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 8", 282 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 9", 284 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 12", 282 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 15", 1 LS Traffic Control. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract.
