24084.1 Minnetonka Middle School West - Boiler Room Component Replacement SCOPE OF WORK A. General: TAB work of Division 23 shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Testing and start-up of the new equipment. 2. Insure the hydronic systems have been properly flushed, cleaned, and glycol added prior to TAB work commencing. 3. Insure that all work listed in Examination and Preparation sections below have been completed before TAB work commences. 4. Assisting with the testing, adjusting, and balancing of hydronic system. 5. Cooperation with the TAB contractor. 6. Providing qualified personnel for participation in TAB process. 7. Providing equipment, materials, and labor as necessary to correct construction and/or equipment deficiencies found during the TAB process. Questions from bidders concerning the Project will be answered by Owner and Architect.
