Site work and paving for a civil project in Excelsior, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
** As of August 11, 2025 project has been awarded to Hydro-Klean, LLC with an awarded amount of $46,917.13.** The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 960 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 8" 75 L F Sanitary Sewer Spot Repair 125 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (2.0") A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond shall not be required for this project. Question Deadline 07/08/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Direct questions about this Project to Jacob Ringstad at 612.214.0962 and jringstad@wsbeng.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Please note: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Excelsior shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
