Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Excelsior, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes improvement to the existing ballfield and creating ADA concrete walks to fields. Work includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: Removals Site Grading and drainage 9000 SF Exterior concrete walks Concrete stairs and handrails 400 LF Masonry low walls with precast caps Ballfield chain link fencing Tension backstop netting Metal dugout roofs and player benches Landscaping Sod Cut stone benches Seeding and erosion control Wood shed The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Site work cannot start till after playing season (September 1, 2025), the field must be ready for play April 1 of 2026.
