Excelsior Elementary 2025 Reroofing. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 28, 2025. Description: 251 squares of fully-adhered EPDM roofing No bids shall be withdrawn subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Minnetonka Public Schools for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. Site Address: 441 Oak Street. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any part of all bids or parts thereof if bids are by item and to waive any informalities in bidding. A cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Minnetonka Public Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and executed Certificate of Responsible Contractor.
