Renovation of an educational facility in Excelsior, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of providing new vertical unit ventilator units within existing building and rooftop condensing units, including mechanical piping, ductwork, and control modifications, removal of existing unit ventilator units, and associated architectural and electrical work. A cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to the Minnetonka Public Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
