Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Excelsior, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Mobilization 300 LF Sawing Bit Pavement (Full Depth) 25 CY Aggregate Base (CV) Class 5 2800 SY Mill Bituminous (3.0") 441 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 2,150 LF 4" Solid Line Paint The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Quote Request of the City of Excelsior shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question deadline - 16 May 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
