The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of Facilities Shared Services (FSS), is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services for comprehensive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and emergency response services for vertical transportation systems. Systems include elevators, escalators, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, and other related equipment. This opportunity is restricted to the East and South Facilities Shared Services Hubs. Campuses within these Hubs are detailed in the Scope of Work and associated attachments. The contract will last for five years. All purchases are subject to New York State Appendix A and to the terms and conditions of the CUNY Purchase Order and/or a CUNY agreement. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
