The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of Facilities Shared Services (FSS), a division of Facilities Planning, Construction and Management (FPCM), is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to perform comprehensive maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and emergency response services for vertical transportation systems, including elevators, escalators, wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, and other related equipment, as specified. This solicitation is limited to the North and Midtown Facilities Shared Services Hubs. The campuses included within these Hubs are identified in the Scope of Work and associated attachments. All purchases are subject to New York State Appendix A and the terms and conditions of the CUNY Purchase Order and/or a CUNY agreement. All communications regarding this solicitation must be directed to the Designated Contacts as required by the Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA).
