Site work for a communication facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a communications tower.
A. This Contract is for the construction of new electrical equipment to replace the Light Rail 5kV signal power distribution system at. Electric Lock (723N), Industry Ln crossing (730N), Recycle Way Crossing (754N), Warren Rd Electric Lock (758N)/Warren Rd Crossing (761N), Beaver Dam Rd Crossing (781N), Front Office Crossing (845N) and Shawan Rd Crossing (897N). The work involves 1. Perform site survey and identify the location of existing utilities. 2. Perform hand-dig trenches, directional boring or an approved method of digging. 3. Installation of power distribution equipment including associated cables, conduits, electrical handholes, and accessories. 4. Power interface between existing equipment and new distribution equipment. 5. Install any conduits, a meter box and other equipment per BGE's and the contractor's drawings. 6. Acquire and tie into BGE installed utility service for the existing Wayside Instrument Cabinets (WIC), Electric LOCs. 7. Perform the MTS commissioning and other tests.
