Renovation of a stadium in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Voyager Stadium Box Seats Renovation. The work includes the removal and replacement of box seats as well as cast-in-place concrete demolition, replacement, and repair. The seats will be purchased in advance by the City through the OMNIA cooperative purchasing program, and the General Contractor must include SP&E Inc. as a subcontractor for seat installation. Bidders must obtain contract documents at the office of Park & Recreation for a non-refundable deposit. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry before executing the construction agreement. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of not less than 10% of the bid amount. Successful bidders must provide approved performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount and required insurance certificates. All contractors and subcontractors must be licensed in the City prior to contract award. Bids may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
