Site work for a fire / police facility in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility.
Separate sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Cascade County – Sheriff’s Office Grease Interceptor Project. The work consists of installing a new 2,500-gallon grease interceptor, influent piping, effluent piping, and all necessary surface restoration. Bidders must have the required qualifications to participate. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Cascade County for at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Successful bidders must provide an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, as well as the required insurance and certificates. To be considered responsive, bids must include complete and properly executed "Affidavit of Non-Collusion," "Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities," and "Contractor Verification of Nondiscrimination Firearm Entities/Trade Associations" forms. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry and pay wages as required by Montana law. All applicable equal employment laws apply. Cascade County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to postpone the contract award for up to sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the County’s best interest. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening.
