The requirement is to furnish and deliver new air-cooled chillers and centrifugal pumps that meet specified performance and efficiency standards, along with manufacturer-certified start-up services. The scope includes supplying nine 115-ton high-efficiency air-cooled chillers and two 80-ton high-efficiency air-cooled chillers, each meeting defined electrical, refrigerant, and compliance criteria, as well as nineteen centrifugal pumps in two configurations with specified flow, head, horsepower, and connection sizes. All equipment must comply with applicable codes and standards, including UL listing, ASME pressure vessel requirements, and ASHRAE 90.1. The contractor is responsible for verifying quantities, providing all factory components and controls, coordinating and completing delivery, and ensuring all equipment arrives new and undamaged. Required documentation includes product data, specifications, shop drawings, equipment schedules, installation requirements, and warranty materials. After installation by in-house personnel, a certified manufacturer's representative must perform initial start-up services for all chillers. Delivery must be completed within 270 days of award.
