Submission requirements include delivering sealed proposals to the Taylor County Purchasing Office, marked with RFP 2026-506, containing one original and one copy. Proposals must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security, and successful bidders must provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within 15 days of award. Compliance with prevailing wage rates and mandatory state verification affidavits is required.
