The City of Alexander City, Alabama, is requesting Statements of Qualifications to provide all engineering application development services as well as design, surveying, and inspection services related to the decommissioning of the Coley Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant should federal funding be awarded for the project in Alexander City, Alabama, in accordance with the attached specifications. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in writing, clearly marked with the RFQ number and opening date on the outside of the envelope, and must be mailed or hand delivered.
