Site work, paving and new construction of an educational facility in Blue Eye, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot educational facility.

The work includes three bid packages: Package A is a new 15,000 SF pre-engineered metal building indoor practice facility with maintenance storage, restrooms, concession stand, and changing rooms. Package B is a new approximately 35,600 SF asphalt paved parking lot with 68 new parking spaces, parking lot lighting, and monument sign relocation. Package C is a new approximately 10,800 SF single lane bus exit drive and adjacent new parking spaces. Unified bids shall include all work in the contract documents, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general scope of work. Bidders must have completed projects of similar size and scope, been in business under the same name for at least five years, and submit a completed AIA Form 305 Contractors Statement of Qualifications prior to submission of their bid. All labor must comply with state prevailing wage laws, and employees must receive OSHA 10-hour construction safety training within ten days of beginning work. The USCIS E-Verify program must be used to verify employees' eligibility to work in the United States. Bids must conform to the instructions in the Project Manual and include a bid security of no less than 5% of the bid amount.
