Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost for this project is $4,507,000. Remove existing four main and one elevator room rooftop air handling units (RTU) and replace with two 75-ton air handling units with heat recovery, two 75-ton units without outside air, and an in-kind replacement for the elevator room rooftop unit. Remove and replace HVAC controls with non-proprietary BACnet controls with integration of existing lighting controls. Remove and replace two exhaust fans. Improve return air ductwork system to avoid pooling. Ductwork, fan terminal units (FTU), variable air flow (VAV), thermostats, and zone modifications as detailed in plans. Complete building air balancing. Associated electrical work and roof repairs. Question Deadline 08/05/2026
