The purpose of this project is to replace the existing fiberglass shower unit in room 112 with a new commercial grade 3-piece fiberglass shower kit at Fire Station No. 2, 1100 Joliet St., Janesville, WI. All work must be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and manufacturer's recommendations. Complete the Proposal Form and submit Page 1 and 2 to the Project Contact. All proposals must be submitted by email to the Project Contact. Requests for clarifications must be in writing and directed to the Facility Project Coordinator. Contractors may visit the site to review the project and measure quantities to prepare the proposal, with prior contact to the Facilities Project Coordinator. The City reserves the right to award the contract based on the proposals received. Following proposal review, a Purchase Order and an Agreement will be issued for signature. The Contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the Agreement and project specifications. Submission of the proposal will be considered evidence that the Proposer has reviewed and understands the conditions under which the Proposal will be awarded, performed, and administered. Proposers must familiarize themselves with the actual conditions and requirements of the work by personal examination or other means. No modifications, stipulations, or exceptions to the proposal will be accepted, and attaching conditions or provisions will render the proposal informal and subject to rejection.
