This project consists of the rehabilitation of Oceanview and Berkeley elevated water storage tanks. Question Submission Deadline: July 14, 2026, 3:00pm Any interpretation made will be in the form of an addendum to the Contract Documents, which will be forwarded to all known Bidders, and its receipt shall be acknowledged on the Bid Form, All questions shall be received no later than 14 days prior to the date for opening of Bids. Question Response Deadline: July 21, 2026, 3:00pm Project no- 6223-434 Scope of Work The Contractor shall perform all required Work and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and utility and transportation service and all else required to complete the construction of the (Oceanview and Berkley Elevated Water Storage Tanks) project all in strict accordance with the Drawings and Specifications, including any and all Addenda, and in strict compliance with the Contract Documents, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. It is understood and agreed that said labor, materials, tools, equipment and service shall be furnished and said Work performed and completed under the direction and supervision of the Contractor and subject to the approval of the Owner or its authorized representative.
