The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide yearly maintenance and repair of the Building 224 Arena Ice Plant. Tenderers are requested to confirm attendance prior to the site visit. The initial term for this service contract is one (1) year effective the date of award. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation. The estimated cost for this opportunity for year one is $108,000.00. There is NO Bid Security required for this tender. There are NO Industrial Security requirements for this tender. Bidders who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
