The Project includes the following Work: Drilling up to six public water supply wells to total depth and well development including the production casing, gravel pack, screens, sampling, and aquifer testing; well completion and installation of submersible pump and motor including pump column pipe, drawdown tube, sanitary seal, well vent, disinfection and performance testing; installation of fiberglass reinforced polymer well house with well discharge surface completion piping and appurtenances, well house foundation, security fencing, final grading, electrical and instrumentation control equipment; open-cut installation of approximately 7,709 LF of 18", 2,251 LF of 12" and 3,460 LF of 8" HDPE DR11 Pressure Pipe with gate valves, blow-off assemblies, combination air and vacuum release valve assemblies, trench safety and hydrostatic testing; installation of medium voltage direct bury cable distribution, including pad mounted switches and connection termination to the local electric utility meter and utility coordination; clearing, grubbing, site preparation, access road, storm water pollution prevention plan and site restoration; and all other miscellaneous requirements necessary for the completion of the Work.
