Bidders must adhere to all documents requested. All work must be completed as specified for the restoration project. Question Deadline 07/06/2026 All questions must be submitted in writing Duane Hansen duane.hansen@minneapolismn.gov Small and Underutilized Business Program (SUBP) Goals 8% MBE/WBE (combined) This Project shall generally include the work shown on Drawings related to the Shoreline Enhancements Phase 2 at Lake Nokomis Park. The Work shall include, but is not limited to: o Mobilization o Erosion and Sediment Control o Tree Protection o Site Removals o Earthwork o Finish Grading o Native Seeding and Establishment o Miscellaneous Site Restoration Work of the Project consists of all labor, materials, articles, equipment, incidentals, items, tools, services, supplies, methods, operations, and skills in such quantities as may be necessary to complete the project within the intent of the Contract Documents. Award is subject to final approval.
