On behalf of the Community, the Department is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Contractor to provide engineering design and construction administration services for rehabilitation of the existing wastewater lagoon and replacement of the effluent outfall system per the recommended alternative in the attached preliminary engineering report (PER). This work shall include design of Sewage lagoon draining, sludge removal & disposal Sewage lagoon liner replacement Sewage lagoon berm repairs to raise the berm height above the high-water flood elevation Removal and replacement of the effluent manhole, valves, and associated piping Removal and replacement of approximately 1,100' of effluent line, including outfall and heat trace Estimated project cost: $250,000 to $500,000. Design of sewage lagoon rehabilitation and upgrades per the Preliminary Engineering Report. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
