Site work for a mixed-use development in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.
The Santa Clara Unified School District is seeking proposals and qualifications from qualified providers for Lease-Leaseback construction services for the Townsend Field Improvements Project pursuant to Education Code Section 17406. The Project includes replacing the existing turf field with an enlarged natural grass field; replacing the existing concrete bleachers and press box with new metal bleachers and press box; replacing the existing DG track with a new synthetic all-weather track; replacing the existing stadium lighting with new energy-efficient stadium lighting at Townsend Field and Elmer Johnson Field; installing new lighting at the Buchser Middle School tennis courts; and demolishing two existing concession buildings and constructing a new toilet building (the Work). Question Deadline 07/16/2026 Any question or suggested edit must be submitted by a proposing Contractor by. The Agreement, Site Lease, and Facilities Lease (Sublease) for the Work will be awarded by the Districts Board of Trustees in accordance with the provisions of Education Code Section 17406. Bonds: 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
