Bathurst Adelaide (575 Adelaide Street West) consists of an 11-storey apartment with 150 units. Crombie Park (25 Henry Lane Terrace) consists of a 6-storey apartment building and townhouses with 208 units. The current equipment which provides ventilation has surpassed their expected lifespan. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a vendor or vendors for the provision of make up air units replacement at 575 Adelaide Street West and 25 Henry Lane. Proponents may submit pricing for one or both locations, with each location to be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest total priced proposal per location. More than one location may be awarded to one proponent, subject to TCHC’s confirmation of the proponent’s capacity such as project scheduling, staffing resources, and ability to meet project deliverables. TCHC reserves the right to discuss the proposal and submitted bid with any proponent to verify and understand the scope of work.
