Site work and new construction of a military facility in Ashland, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to construct two (2) approximately 1,000 SF buildings on the south side of the Turner Lake at Camp Ashland Training Site (CATS). Buildings to be 1-story (24'x30") with small loft above. Buildings to include sleeping quarters, latrine area, day-room/living area, small kitchen area and a lower mechanical crawl space. Work will also include extension of all existing utilities (electrical, natural gas, communications, water, and sanitary sewer) to the new buildings, site grading, new sidewalks & parking pavement. Buildings will be constructed on concrete piers elevated above the flood plain with a porch and grading to provide ADA access. Doc note: A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $170.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
