Site work for a civil project in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The City of St. Petersburg, Florida is seeking the services of qualified Architectural/Engineering firms to provide engineering design services for the Oberly and Washington Terrace Improvements project. The improvements include the following capital projects as identified in the Treated Water Transmission, Storage, and Pumping Facilities Plan: Oberly Storage Tanks, Oberly Pumps, Oberly Valves and Yard Piping, Washington Terrace Storage Tanks, Washington Terrace Pumps, and Washington Terrace Valves and Yard Piping. The scope may be adjusted depending on factors such as funding, schedule, and other constraints or opportunities. The project will be executed by a Construction Manager at Risk.
