Installation of approximately 3,000 lineal feet of buried 36-inch, fusion welded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw water transmission main pipe and trench restoration. Work also includes construction of PVC conduit systems, electrical vaults, installation of valves and pipe appurtenances, service connections, concrete thrust blocks, concrete pipe anchors, rock excavation, production blasting, and removal of existing pipes and structures. A gravel access road is to be constructed within the utility easement along the pipe alignment. Work also includes backfilling an existing irrigation canal. Adjacent projects designed by others will be constructed in tandem with this project, coordination of construction schedules and scope connections will be required. Proposals shall be clearly marked 'CTUIR COU Joint Pump and Pipeline Project – Transmission Main' showing the date and time of the bid opening, and shall be delivered to the City of Umatilla, City Hall on or before the above bid time. No faxed or electronically submitted bids will be considered. Within 2 working hours after the date and time designated for bid opening, the Bidder’s shall submit to the City the First-Tier Subcontractor’s Disclosure Form. If a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form is not received by 2:30 p.m. local time, the bid will be considered Non-Responsive. Contract Documents must be purchased and submitted in completion in order to be considered a Responsive Offer as defined by OAR 137-046-0110(33). Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bids will only be accepted from those registered QuestCDN plan holders.
