The project consists of four separate proposals (A, B, C, and D) for street improvements at various locations in Baraboo, WI. Work includes concrete curb and gutter removal, unclassified excavation, installation of new concrete curb and gutter, curb and gutter replacement, milling of asphalt surface, asphalt surface pulverization, asphalt paving, breaker run, crushed aggregate base course, new sidewalk, sidewalk replacement, storm sewer work, salvaging existing pavement and base, and associated restorations. Bidders may submit bids for any or all proposals, and each proposal may be awarded independently or in combination as best serves the Owner's interests. The scope for each proposal includes specific reconstruction and improvements to designated street segments, with detailed tasks such as excavation, paving, curbs, sidewalks, and stormwater management as outlined for Silver Dr & Parkside Ave (Proposal A), Washington Ave & Glenview Dr (Proposal B), Berkley Blvd, Winnebago Cir & Amundson Dr (Proposal C), and Elizabeth St, 2nd Ave & 3rd St (Proposal D).
