Renovation of an industrial development in Lackland AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
This project involves the procurement, installation, and electrical integration of two 20' x 20' Cornell Iron Works Model ESD10 (or brand-name equivalent) interior coil weathered service doors at Building 2079, JBSA Lackland. The installation requires doors with a 22-gauge galvanized steel curtain, standard gray factory finish, extruded mill-finish aluminum bottom bar with astragal, lintel brush seal, single-guide weathering, motor operation with photo-eye safety sensors, and a 20 PSF wind load rating. The contractor must also install a dedicated 120-Volt, 20-Amp circuit to each motor, set and hardwire a disconnect at each motor, pipe conduit for the control switches and motion sensors, and pull all necessary control wiring. A comprehensive 3-year warranty on both parts and labor is required. Interested vendors shall respond in accordance with the attached documents and instructions to offerors. Refer to each attachment for additional details and Addendum to RFO 52.212-1 for proposal preparation and format instructions. All questions must be submitted in writing through email no later than 16 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m CDT.
