The scope of work consists of the removal of a section of existing retaining wall and installation of a 50 LF section of proposed retaining wall, approximately 55 LF of 4' diameter RCP, a cast-in-place inlet structure, 45 LF of 2.5' diameter HDPE, a split rail fence, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, earthwork, tree installation, and riprap while providing adequate erosion control and restoration measures. Bidding requirements specify the location as 600 LF west of the intersection of S Lake Shore Drive and Linton Rd. The CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish all the labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete in every detail the installation of the retaining walls, storm pipes, and the installation of the cast-inplace inlet structure, earthwork, and riprap while providing adequate erosion control and restoration measures. All excavated spoils are to be removed from site. Proper protective equipment is required, as well as coordination with any applicable utility companies.
