Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Montalba, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of two deep wells, including 1,200' and 1,100' deep wells with 10-inch pressure cemented steel casing, stainless steel screens, and well pumps. The Project Includes the Following Work: Deep Well 1A - Construct deep well to a depth of approximately 1,200' deep, developed fully to produce 100-gpm, with 10" pressure cemented steel casing, stainless steel screen, and well pump. Deep Well 4A - Construct deep well to a depth of approximately 1,100' deep, developed fully to produce 200-gpm, with 10" pressure cemented steel casing, stainless steel screen, and a well pump. Owner anticipates that the Project total bid price will be approximately $ 1,100,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 270 calendar days. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Award is subject to final approval.
