Reference Number 0000428299 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Warwick Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and emergency service for commercial food service and culinary equipment located throughout the District. The successful contractor shall serve as the District's primary provider of kitchen equipment maintenance and repair services. The District reserves the right to utilize other vendors for specialized work, warranty repairs, or circumstances where it is in the District's best interest to do so. Warwick Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities, request clarification of proposal information, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
