Site work for a mixed-use development in Apex, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Town is seeking a qualified professional engineering, landscape architecture, and sports field design team to renovate an existing soccer field that is currently experiencing performance issues at the Town of Apex Hunter Street Park. The scope includes subsurface investigation, stormwater compliance evaluation, and development of design recommendations for resurfacing the field. Additionally, the Town seeks to explore the feasibility of expanding the field footprint westward to provide leveled space for potential spectator seating. Value: $250,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All proposal submittals must be valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days after the date of the proposal submittal opening.
