Installation of approximately 351 linear feet of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk connecting parking areas to Shelters 4, 6, and 8 at Forest Park. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, and incidentals necessary to complete the work described in this RFP, except for drainage tube/culvert installation as specifically noted below. _ Install approximately 351 linear feet of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk at Forest Park. _ Construct sidewalk connections at Shelters 4, 6, and 8 as generally shown on the project location exhibits. _ Construct sidewalks in accordance with the City of Ottawa Concrete Standard Detail and applicable ADA requirements. _ Complete site preparation, grading, subgrade compaction, forming, concrete placement, jointing, finishing, backfilling, cleanup, and turf/area restoration. _ Coordinate work with the City's Parks Department and Public Works Department before mobilization and during construction. _ Maintain a safe work area and minimize disruption to park users, shelter reservations, and normal park operations. _ Provide barricades, cones, signs, temporary fencing, or other public safety measures necessary to protect park users during construction. Document any field conditions that could affect ADA compliance, final sidewalk alignment, drainage, or constructability and notify the City before proceeding
