Reference Number 0000427793 Services to be performed may include Provide design and construction administration services for significant upgrades to the primary electrical distribution and HVAC systems, and low voltage systems (as needed), serving multiple buildings within the Maricopa County Court Complex. The Court Complex operates as an integrated campus of interconnected facilities supporting continuous, mission-critical functions. The design and implementation of improvements will require significant planning, detailed phasing, and careful coordination to limit disruption and downtime to impacted facilities while maintaining continuous operations. The selected consultant will develop a coordinated, campus-wide approach to modernizing these systems to improve reliability, resiliency, and long-term performance. Scope will include upgrades of major electrical infrastructure and HVAC systems, along with development of phased construction documents and a comprehensive phasing plan that consults the representatives of the occupants of the affected areas and is suitable for implementation in an occupied environment. Given the age and complexity of the facilities, the project will require substantial field investigation and validation of existing conditions, including documentation of system configurations and interconnections. Significant coordination with utility providers will also be required to address service capacity, infrastructure upgrades, and integration of utility requirements into the design (Building numbers: 3301, 3302, 3303, 3304, 3305, 3307).
