Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. Each contractor shall coordinate, through the Owner/Architect/Engineer, the work of their contract with the work by others. This following abbreviated summary is provided in order to briefly describe the work covered by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. It is not all inclusive of the work under the Contract. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following Removal and disposal of all existing items and materials scheduled for demolition, including but not limited to roofing systems , doors, flashings and all related objects as required to be properly removed and disposed of and/or to facilitate the scope of new work with the area(s) of work; Temporary protection and maintenance of all existing items to remain, including but not limited to building interiors and exteriors, adjacent walls and windows, structural columns and slabs, and structural roof deck below. Contractor shall maintain temporary protection for the duration of the project; Demolition and removals of existing roofing systems as shown. Installation of new roofing systems as shown on the contract documents. Project closeout submittals. All other work shown and specified within the Contract Documents for Contract G.
