Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Island, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of an approximate 42,000sf Student Housing Facility located on their Grand Island, NE Campus. Bid Package #2 (BP2) Firm Proposal - All invited bidders shall provide a firm lump sum proposal for their complete scope based on: Documents: - 100% Progress Print, dated June 19, 2026, provided by Wilkins ADP - Project Specifications (100% Progress Print), dated June 19, 2026, provided by Wilkins ADP - All issued Bid Bulletin & Addenda provided by Sampson Construction & Wilkins ADP BP2 Scopes to EXCLUDE the following which were awarded during BP1: - BP1 Earthwork Operations - BP2 Earthwork Pricing to be added via Change Order - BP1 CIP Concrete Foundations - BP2 to include all Flatwork, Interior & Exterior - BP1 Reinforcing - BP1 Supply of Lumber Package (Wall Panels, Truss Systems, Loose Framing, Etc.) Deliverables: - Lump Sum Base Bid - Alternates (As identified in the documents) - Unit Prices (As identified in the documents) - Schedule Durations and Manpower Assumptions - Complete List of Clarifications, Assumptions, and Exclusions - Identification of Long Lead Items Coordination with Bid Package #1 (BP1) BP2 Bidders must fully coordinate their work with previously procured BP1 trades, including but not limited to: - Foundation Systems - Pre-procured wall panels and joist systems Requirements: - Include all necessary labor, materials, and accessories required to complete a functional system - Clearly define scope gaps or overlaps with BP1 - Identify all field coordination requirements - Account for installation sequencing and any access limitations Failure to clearly define scope or identification of scope gaps may result in scope being interpreted as included. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than four (4) days before date set for receipt of bids. The Owner and the Construction Manager shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
